Choral Public Domain Library

The edition on IMSLP is in the public domain, you may reproduce it at will. I've noticed that it is a scan of an original score though. I guess many of the cpdl scores are not scans b/c of US copyrights having to do with the graphical layout of the music. Anyone know if it still within US guideline...
