Unable to insert into table!

Hello !

I have joined and submitted my first score. I uploaded the file first, and then completed the Add Works form, but when I clicked on "validation", the answer was a blank page with this sentence : "Unable to insert into table!"

This error message comes up when you insert apostrophes into the form without putting a backslashes before them. Please try the form again, following the instructions at the top of the page.

However, I didn't use any apostrophe. I've checked twice at least and it still doesn't work !

That's strange... please email addscore (AT) CPDL (DOT) ORG with the details of your edition and the work and I will post it for you manually.
