Did I do the right thing? (newbie question)

Just joined ChoralWiki and attempted to contribute the seasonal Noel,noel, noel, by Busnois.
This is what I did:
1. Created information page for the piece, filling out the form
2. Uploaded three files: pdf, midi, and sibelius (had to get my e-mail validated first)
On my own page, however, there's no record of the information page.
Is it necessary to recreate the info page? Or is it there somewhere and will link up automatically?
Also--
How does one add the piece to the composer page? Do I need to copy the code and just change what's needed or does that occur by itself?
