Use and credit translations in a dissertation

Hi all-
What's the use policy and proper citation/copyright credit for translations on CPDL? The wiki pages are not clear.
I want to use the English translations for Gaudent in coelis and Veni Sancte Spiritus in my dissertation.
Do I just do?
