Add new work / Add new edition not working

For some days I am trying to upload new editions, but after clicking on the "Add new work" tab, all I get is a lonely headline "AddWorkForm" without any form elements. I tried different browsers. What am I to do?

Could you please try again? It seems that the new version of the MediaWiki SW recently installed has a strange behavio(u)r when certain languages are selected (for example, French or German) with respect to other languages (for example, English or Italian). I've now implemented a workaround for that.
