Choral Public Domain Library

I've been doing some cleanup of the Messiah pages on CPDL (numerous and disorganised) and I came across the Stanford University editions of complete scores. Under edition notes, they say "complete score and continuo parts also available for download". Unfortunately, the external link http://www.extraordinarymeasures.com/ is broken. A quick trip to the Internet Archive reveals a CFT file which I believe must contain these parts (even though it's only c.150KB). Does anyone know what program opens CFT files? I doubt it's any one of these.
