multiple errors in a pdf file

What should I do if I find many wrong notes in a PDF on the CPDL site?
Also what is the correct syntax for 'ScoreError'?

Piece in question is [[Singet dem Herrn (Johann Sebastian Bach)]] and I have applied changes that seem reasonable...
