Lassus did not write the text 'Peccantem me quotidie' as is stated on his cpdl page and others. It is part of Matins of the Dead (see note by David Fraser at the end of his edition of Byrd's setting).

Thanks for that information. I did some searching and found some instances of this misattribution of text, mostly arising from recordings where the "artists" are frequently wrongly given. I'll set things straight at ChoralWiki.
