Can someone please upload this text? It is nowhere to be found in Google or Bing. It's in English, and it's not an unknown work, why wouldn't there be any lyrics? I possess the work, but can't decipher it with my ears.

Somebody (User:Impsuit) uploaded the text to ChoralWiki: here within the past 24 hours.

In fact that page was created (empty) within the past 24 hours, but the text was added there 3 hours after I posted it here; as this request and that page were created almost simultaneously, I suppose that user Impsuit and terredepomme are the same person.

Which motet of Tallis is this a contrafactum of, by the way? (I am completely unfamiliar with the piece.)

It is a contrafactum of "Absterge Domine."
