Translating the website into Korean

Hello CPDL,
I would like to embark upon translating the ChoralWiki into Korean.
How can I create the main page in a different language?
Also, is it possible that I make the Korean main page automatically appear to anyone accessing from Korea?

I've created this page for parametrized translation:

http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page/kr

It is initialized with text in French as I was unable to find the corresponding parametrized page in English (maybe it doesn't exist). I suppose that you are French speaking, so I hope it's OK for you.

I wonder how the parametrized translation system will work with the Korean alphabet. I have no idea. Let's see what happens.

If everything works as expected, the main page in Korean will be automatically shown to users whose IP address is identified as a Korean one.

Sorry, this is the correct URL (I used kr rather than ko by mistake):

http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page/ko

I found some wiki websites using the MediaWiki software and Korean alphabet, so I assume that it will work.

Dear terredepomme,

The Main Page is about to suffer a remodelling soon, as informed in the green box at the top of it, and most probably a number of the texts currently in use will have to be changed/adapted to the new layout. I would suggest that you please hold on until the new Main Page is online to start translating it. Thanks!
