Hi

Yesterday I posted up 2 new scores:
‎While shepherds watched (Robert Barber)
Blessed are they that fear the Lord (John Bishop)

I also created a composer page for John Bishop.

The Barber appears on the Main Page under yesterday's date, but the Bishop does not.

I had a look at the Bishop score code & it looked absolutely fine, but there was a red wikilink requiring the creation of 'Category:John Bishop compositions'. I created that also, using an existing one as an example, but still no Main Page entry this morning, either on Contributor or Visitor wiki (unless I am being very dopey!)

Is there anything else I need to do to this score to make it pop up on the Main Page list?

Hi Mandy,

The Bishop score was missing the categories: Sheet music and Classical music. The Sheet music category is necessary to make the work appear. I don't know why the Barber didn't appear, but it's appearing now ... perhaps it was because the DPL templates used on the Main Page use caching and were not updated. I added the missing categories to the Bishop, and all seems in order now.
