LyricistSettingsList

Post by Nikolaus Hold »

Deterioration of template LyricistSettingsList, probably due to a change of eu> BarryJ on December 4, 2019.

Details:
There used to be a heading above the LyricistSettingsList. This is urgently needed, as you can see on the pages of Martin Luther or Peter Cornelius, for example.

Now, under the heading List of choral works, appear
1. the regular entries
2. the line "Click here to search for this composer on CPDL"
3. suddenly and without explanation the results of the LyricistSettingsList.

The situation with poets (not composers themselves) has worsened even more, see e.g. Johann Ludwig Uhland. There the LyricistSettingsList now appears under the title Biography !!!

Since I am not familiar with templates, I ask the specialists to resolve the problem.

Thank you for pointing this out. This should be displaying better now. Is this what you had in mind?

This solves the main problem. Thanks.

I can't really answer the question of whether that's what I had in mind?, since I'm already using google.translate to create this answer. Native speakers should rate this.

In my ears it sounds a bit like
Settings by <lyricist>,
whereas it is about settings by <other composers> of texts written by <lyricist>.

One can brood over this particularly well in the case of Peter Cornerius and Gastoldi's songs, where he underlayed existing compositions with his texts.
