I've just moved this topic here (from Administrative discussions < Maintenance & Improvement), since I'm sure that we would like a wider discussion. I added a comment that I think the Laments category should be restricted to secular works (not, say, Lamentations of Jeremiah, Passions, Requiems). Please feel free to add your own comments and suggestions.
