Bethlehem Down deletion proposal

https://cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Bethleh ... r_Warlock) has a deletion proposal at the top. As per its Discussion page, I believe this is public domain in the US, so can this proposal be removed?
The copyright status of this work appears to have been discussed previously at https://forums.cpdl.org/phpBB3/viewtopi ... own#p24502 and it was concluded then that it will be PD in the US after 2023, although for different reasons.
Note, I believe this work is not PD in Europe, as the lyricist died in 1957 - I believe it will become PD in 2028.
