Musica from Jacobus Gallus

I'm searching for this partition for choral.

Jacobus Gallus is present on CPDL with his actual Slovenian name, Jacob Handl. Several partitions are available, but no one named "Musica" or something like that. I googled for a work by Jacobus Gallus or Jacob Handl with this name, and perhaps the complete title is: "Musica noster amor". Apparently it's available here:

Libraries may have it. Perhaps some "library expert" in this forum may help you to trace it.
