Does anyone have vocal scores of following composers
Zingarelli, Nicolini, Guglielmi, Mayr
and in general minor composers of late 18th century, early 19th?

If you are located in Italy, you may search the "Music" section of the catalogue of the National Library System (Sistema Bibliotecario Nazionale - SBN). It is available on-line at:

http://opac.sbn.it/opacsbn/opac/iccu/musica.jsp.

There are several items for such authors, including the original manuscripts (good sources to make a CPDL edition!). You'll have to obtain a copy either directly at the library or through inter-library loan.
