Why not simply use the one in the French version of the vocal score? Translated by Charles Louis Etienne Nuitter (1828-1899).

Is the lohengrin/wedding march the theme on your wedding? I think it a nice a good idea for a wedding theme. I got no idea about that but I am interested in searching how is it done. If ever you can find any information I hope you can share it too to me.
