Tantum ergo (which version?)

Hello,

I was given this score 2 days ago for my entry exams at a music school here in Lisbon. This is for a conducting exam, therefore I'll have to conduct this. The thing is that I cannot find this in a sound file or midi file so I can listen to how it sounds like. The score does not say whose composer wrote, and I am aware that there are millions of versions of Tantum Ergo, and I already searched for mine but I cannot find it anywhere. I will attach mine one to the topic (3 pages-3 files). If someone can help me by letting me know who wrote or sending me a link to a video, sound or midi file of this I would most appreciate it.

Thank you very much,

Maria

At the bottom of the first page there appears "Edition copyright 1997 by Faber Music Ltd." I've done some searching and can only find a reference to a Bruckner Tantum ergo, edited by Simon Halsey, published by Faber in 1997, and available through Sheet Music Plus and Amazon.com. If this is indeed Bruckner work, it must be an early work, quite unlike the settings in the Bruckner catalogue (WAB 41, 42, etc.), none of which coincide with this music (to the best of my knowledge).

If I can find anything more, I'll post it here.

I did some more checking, and I suspect that the Simon Halsey edition might be the 5-part setting, WAB 46, with organ accompaniment. So, I'm not sure just what this edition is?

I have no idea about the author, but the attached MIDI file (zipped) may be useful anyway. Please double check it.

Might it be this?

http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/store/smp ... em-_-Title

'About Tantum Ergo
By Anton Bruckner, St. Thomas Aquinas. Arranged by Simon Halsey. (SATB a cappella). Faber Program Series. Festival. 8 pages.'

Mandy,

That's the edition I mentioned in my first post. I don't own it so am not sure if it is the same as the one being asked for.

I wondered but thought you'd concluded yours was a 5 part one - sorry. I don't own it either.
