Hey!

Is there any SATB Thomas Campion out there, from his first book of ayres, these would be realized form lute tab and cantus/melody line.

There is no need to arrange the pieces for SATB from the lute tab. Actually, Campion's first book contains both three part and four part songs with lute tab. You can find a piece from the first book and two from the second (both were published in a single print, AFAIK) here:
