According to Worldcat, this work was published in 1975 by the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian in Lisboa. However, it is not mentioned in the current online catalogue of the foundation, so probably it is out of print. If you are located in The Netherlands, Worldcat reports that copies should be available at the Openbare Bibliotheek in Den Haag, as well as in some German libraries (Marburg, Meinz, Frankfurt) not too far away from The Netherlands.

I hope this helps!

Magalhães' Missa «O Soberana Luz» is published by Vanderbeek & Imrie, who maintain a large catalogue of choral works by Spanish and Portuguese composers. They can be accessed at http://www.mapamundimusic.com — the work in question is no. 229A in their catalogue.
