Forbidden access?

I can't get to www.cpdl.org - I get the message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wiki/index.php/Main_Page on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hostgator has curtailed the access to the main wiki folder again, I don't know the reason. Since Max was already talking with them, it might be good to wait for his feedback.

In the meantime, users will be directed to a new customized 403 page with links to the backup server and to these forums.

I think it has been a mistake of an operator of the hosting provider, I've already requested the re-activation.

More info: there is work in progress at the hosting provider's data center. They said they will need one hour or two to restore normal operations. I'm a bit disappointed, but it's a good opportunity to test our back-up/site diversity strategy under real conditions. The back-up website at www1.cpdl.org is aligned to the yesterday's status around 08:00 CET.

I tried to open a "ticket" but it asked for an email/password. Where do I register these? Or is it one of the cpdl.org emails? Thanks

In the case of problems, the hosting provider sends a notification to our administration email, as it's the reference email they have. Carlos, I'm adding you to the forwarding list of the administration email, so that you also receive such notifications.

You may create your own account to open tickets, or to reply to tickets opened by the hosting provider. However, there is a shared access for the CPDL administration staff, I'm going to provide the credentials to you via private email.
