Does anyone have any suggestions or do you know of another website where these midi files can be obtained please.

Thank you for notifying this problem. The links to the MIDI file and to the Finale file were wrong, one letter was missing in the file name (schb-a45 in lieu of schb-45). I've just fixed the link. Please note that files are now available at the contributor website (http://www.cpdl.org) only, where you have to register and login to gain access. The visitor websites (www1.cpdl.org and www2.cpdl.org), where access is unrestricted, will be aligned to the contributor website tomorrow, so they will still provide the "no page found" diagnostic message today.
