Vaarky/Sandbox and Vaarky/Reference deleted?

Any idea why these no longer exist? I was using them to store reference information.

Both pages are still there, as far as I can tell. You missed off the "User:" namespace prefix which is why the links are broken. You should find those 2 pages at the following URLs:
